ViewPointe team member makes significant impact on residents dealing with memory change.

Our very own Emily West, Memory Care Director, is making a notable impact on the lives of our residents, while inspiring other staff to do the same! She is one of the many Bethesda Senior Living care givers training in Teepa Snow's POSITIVE APPROACH™ - a progressive therapy for helping seniors and their families recognize and manage the early signs of memory change.

Emily West joined ViewPointe nine years ago and followed her dream to become ViewPointe’s Memory Care Director.  She has fifteen years’ experience with a diverse background in senior living services.  Emily is responsible for staffing, training and program development for the neighborhood.

Emily’s dedication to memory care comes from her love of her grandparents and her interaction with her grandfather, Seth, who lived with Alzheimer’s for many years.  Emily has a strong commitment to her residents providing the highest quality of life.  She is dedicated and passionate and provides the best care possible to her residents.
